1. What payment methods do you accept? 

Dior Divas accept Paypal, Shopify payments, Chime,  Western Union & Money Gram, Cash App & Apple Pay

Cash App, Western Union & Moneygram & Apple Pay, Chime orders are shipped out SAME day if payment issued BEFORE  2pm EST

Orders paid through PayPal will be shipped NEXT day you can use the PayPal Option at check out.

Shopify Payments will be shipped within 48hrs of your payment being made.

Placing orders with Cash App or Western Union/Moneygram

Cash App & Apple Pay & Chime: Add products to cart as you are about to check out. The total amount in your cart you send through cash app. Once you sent payment text 1-386-275-8563 (Please allow up to 1 hour for a response) Your Cash App name, Birth name, Shipping information, Product you are ordering and valid email address.

2. What is your return Policy? 

Return Policy

Unfortunately due to COVID-19 Health regulations, we will not be accepting products that have been opened or used at this time. Unopened products can be returned for a 20% restock fee.

Return Policy on BBL Glute Max Collection products

If you DONOT notice any results AFTER 30 days of consistently using our Glute Max Collection products you can request a partial refund of 40% of the purchased price of the item (s). Customer refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving customer request. THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO SALE ITEMS. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!!!!

3. What is your shipping policy?​

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We ship out orders Monday &Wednesdays. Your order will have to be placed by 7pm (Sunday) (Tuesday). 

4.What are the products made out of?

All of our products are natural and organic. The ingredients is listed under every item posted on our website and a ingredient card is shipped with every order based on which item you purchased.  

5.How soon will I receive my tracking number?


Orders are shipped on Wednesdays & Fridays only. If you place order before 8pm Tuesday your order will be shipped Wednesday and orders placed after 3pm Tuesday will be shipped out Friday. You will receive your tracking number within 24-48hrs after your order is shipped.


6. Will my information be kept confidential?

8. Do the prices includes tax?

No ALL GEORGIA & FLORIDA residents will be charged a 7.5% state tax on all orders. 

9. How long does it take to see results?

It depends on the product you purchased and how frequently you use it. It very important you use the products as directed and drink plenty of water when using skincare products.
